- Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of information on our site relating to products, availability and pricing. If a discrepancy relating to an order is discovered or an item ordered is out of stock the buyer will be contacted within 48hours or the next business day. Any billing errors will be rectified within 30 days.

- Import duties and taxes for shipments overseas are not included.

- Delivery of box canvases will be charged as per framed item price list.
Damaged or Faulty Items - All orders will be checked prior to dispatch. In the event of a faulty or damaged item being received please contact the on-line sales team on 0203 229 0172.
Returns - On line customers reserve the right to cancel orders purchased from artisangalleries.com within 7 working days of delivery of goods.
- Customers waive their right to cancel orders if the item has been previously viewed in one of our galleries.
- Please contact us for returns authorisation within 7 days of delivery.
- In the event of an order being cancelled, shipment of the goods back to Artisan Fine Art Head Office will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Cancelled items must be returned to us in A1 condition and in original packaging.
Security - The artisangalleries.com secure server ensures all orders are processed using a secure 40/128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Orders are also encrypted using 1040-bit encryption.
- No credit card details should be e-mailed or placed on the site, until the final stage of purchase and only when prompted to do so.
