At a recent party where I had partaken in a wee drinkiepoos, I noticed many helium balloons attached to the tables. Towards the end of the evening I decided to take a balloon from a table and tie it to one unsuspecting fellow’s trousers and have a wee giggle at their expense as they walked around the party with a big balloon floating above their head. What Does It All mean?
