How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer Free of Charge shipping by secure courier anywhere worldwide.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 workings days of cleared payment if the item is in stock in our gallery. Should we need to order the item on your behalf, we aim to dispatch your items within 14 working days of cleared payment.
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you a shipping tracking code which you will be able to use online to view the progress of your delivery.
Should you wish to collect your order from one of galleries, please use the comments field on the order form to inform us of this and we will arrange for your order to be available in the gallery.

Is there a charge for ordering online?
No – we do not apply additional card charges
Do I have to pay for Shipping & Delivery?
NO! All of our delivery is Free of Charge.
Is International Delivery also free?
Can I pick up my order from one of the galleries?
Of course. Please let us know when ordering that you would like to collect from our gallery.
Is it cheaper to buy online or in the galleries?
In some instances we may be able to offer a better price for online purchases as we often run promotions and seasonal sales. If you would like to check the price of a product before ordering please call or email us.
If an item is “out of stock” can you still order it?
In some cases we are able to source remaining copies of a particular artwork. If the piece you are interested in is noted as “out of stock” on our website, it is worth contacting us by phone or email and we will be able to search for the piece for you. Alternatively we can recommend the closest alternatives.
Is paying online safe?
We use a secure payment algorithm on our website and use secure PDQ machines in our physical galleries to guarantee the safety of your transactions. We do not retain personal card details.
Will my order be insured?
Yes – we use reliable and insured courier companies to dispatch products. If your order does not arrive in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes we do .Please call or email us to arrange this. We can provide electronic vouchers as well as posting hard copies should you prefer.

Can I pay in installments?
We offer several payment methods including paying by instalments whereby we will hold the item(s) until payment is completed. We also offer Interest Free (0%) Credit Arrangements. To discuss payment options, please contact us by phone or email
