Shipping

We offer Free of Charge shipping by secure courier anywhere worldwide on all orders over £500.  All deliveries in the UK are free of charge. 

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5  workings days of cleared payment if the item is in stock in our gallery. Should we need to order the item on your behalf, we aim to dispatch your items within 14 working days of cleared payment.

Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you a shipping tracking code which you will be able to use online to view the progress of your delivery.

Should you wish to collect your order from one of galleries, please use the comments field on the order form to inform us of this and we will arrange for your order to be available in the gallery.

Returns Policy / Reporting a damaged shipment

In the unlikely event that you should receive your delivery in less than perfect condition, you must follow the steps below in order for us to be able to deal with a claim for you. 

* Any damages or problems must be reported in writing to sales@artisangallery.co.uk within a maximum period of 48 hours after the delivery has    been signed for. This is a stipulation of the carrier which must be complied with in order to process a claim for you.

* You must provide 2 photographs of the external packaging showing any damage and 2 photographs of thedamage to the picture or frame

* Keep all original packaging the item was sent to you in as we must receive the item back in the same packaging

Once we have received your damage report and the necessary photographs, we will arrange for the item to be collected from the address it was sent to.

Please note that due to insurance and delivery guidelines, failure to provide the necessary information will result in us being unable to handle a claim for you.
Please also note that in most circumstances, goods can only be repaired or replaced and that refunds will not be offered.
